The sports pavillion houses the main administration section of the Mid Ulster Sports Arena it is staffed by the Sports Services Manager, Duty Officer, Administrative Officer and Recreation Assistants. Cookstown District Council's Community Sports Coordinator is also based in this building and can be contacted regarding up and coming courses, and any other aspect of community sport.

In addition to the administration offices the building also houses eight spacious changing rooms and two officials rooms. There is a small committee room available for hire for groups of no more than 20 people and a small kitchen which allows for catering for in house events and tea and coffee making facilities for meetings etc. There are also male, female and disabled toilets and a first aid room.
