What Is A Multi Use Games Area?

Multi Use Games Areas are growing in popularity they offer a cost effective solution for schools and other facilities with a wide range of sporting demands, among the most commonly played sports on MUGA's are tennis, netball, basketball, soccer, five-a-side soccer and hockey. Other sports may include rounders and athletics practice. The MUGA at the Mid Ulster Sports Arena has been used by soccer, gaelic football and rugby teams for training purposes.
